By creating an account and using this platform, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password and transaction PIN secret. Any activity under your account is treated as yours. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has gained access.

2. Your wallet

Money added to your wallet is held for buying the services we offer. Wallet funds are not a bank deposit and earn no interest. We may ask you to confirm your identity before large transactions.

3. Buying services

Prices are shown before you confirm. Once a purchase is delivered it cannot be reversed. Where a network or biller cannot deliver, the amount is refunded to your wallet automatically.

4. Refunds

A transaction that fails outright is refunded to your wallet. A transaction that is still being confirmed is not refunded until its outcome is known — this protects you from being charged twice.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being misused.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
