What we collect

Your name, email and phone number when you sign up; the details of the transactions you make; and, where you choose to verify your identity, the confirmation returned by the identity service. We never store your BVN or NIN — only a one-way hash and the last four digits.

How we use it

To run your account, deliver what you buy, keep your money safe, and answer your questions. We use aggregate figures to understand and improve the service.

Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to complete what you asked for — the network for a top-up, the gateway for a payment. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Keeping it safe

Passwords and PINs are stored one-way and cannot be read back. Payments are handled over encrypted connections. Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it.

Your choices

You can update your details in your profile at any time, and unsubscribe from our emails with one click. To close your account, contact support.
